Thank you for shopping with Ironiq. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, tracking methods, and how we handle issues that may arise with your shipment.

## 1) Order processing time
- Standard processing time: **1–2 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
- During new product launches, sale events, or holiday periods, processing may take **3–5 business days**.
- After checkout, you will receive:
- An **order confirmation email**, and
- A **shipping confirmation email** with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
> Note: Processing time is **in addition to** carrier transit time.

## 2) Shipping methods & delivery estimates
Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout and depend on your destination, total weight, and selected service level.
Estimated transit times (business days) **after shipment**:
- **United States (domestic):** 2–5 days (remote areas may take an additional 1–3 days)
- **Canada:** 3–7 days
- **United Kingdom / European Union:** 4–9 days
- **Australia / New Zealand:** 5–10 days
- **Other regions:** 7–14 days
> These are carrier estimates. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, peak seasons, or service disruptions.

## 3) Shipping costs
- Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on **destination, weight, and service level**.
- Any free-shipping promotion or threshold will be applied automatically when eligible.

## 4) Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a **shipping confirmation email** with tracking details.
- Tracking updates may take **24–48 hours** to appear.

## 5) Address accuracy & changes
- Please verify your **shipping address** carefully at checkout.
- Address changes or cancellations must be requested within **1 hour** of placing your order. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.
- If a package is returned due to an **incorrect or incomplete address**, a **reshipment fee** may apply.

## 6) Delivery issues (delays, loss, theft)
- **Delays:** Carrier delays are not automatically eligible for refunds. We will assist where possible.
- **Marked “delivered” but not received:**
- Check with neighbors, household members, building management, or your local carrier.
- If still missing after **48 hours**, contact us.
- **Lost in transit:**
- Domestic: no tracking update for **7 business days**
- International: no tracking update for **14 business days**
- We will investigate and may arrange a **replacement or refund** depending on the outcome.
- **Suspected theft:**
- A **police or carrier report** may be required before resolution.
> Delivery issues must be reported within **14 days** of delivery or expected delivery date.

## 7) International shipping, customs, and taxes
- International orders may be subject to **customs duties, VAT, or import taxes**.
- These charges are **not collected by Ironiq** and are the **customer’s responsibility**.
- We cannot mark shipments as gifts or undervalue them.

We may ship orders in **multiple packages** to ensure faster delivery.

## 9) Pre-order & backordered items
- Estimated ship dates for pre-orders or backorders will be displayed on the product page or at checkout.
- Orders containing mixed availability items may ship **once all items are available**, unless otherwise requested (additional fees may apply).

## 10) Refused or unclaimed deliveries
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to address issues or unpaid customs fees:
- A refund may be issued **minus**:
- Original shipping costs, and
- Any carrier **return or handling fees**.

## 11) PO Boxes & military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
- Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- If unsupported, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
